To celebrate International Women's Day, and to promote activities during "Ao Dai Week" - March 2023, the Women’s Affairs Committee of PV GAS Trade Union organized many joyful and meaningful activities. Especially, the committee’s members donated nearly 400 sets of Ao Dai for teachers in remote areas.

On March 21, 2023, the Trade Union of Petrovietnam Gas Ca Mau Company successfully held its Trade Union Congress in the 2023-2028 tenure. This was the key congress of the Petrovietnam Gas Joint Stock Corporation (PV GAS)’s Trade Union.

As a part of programs to celebrate Youth Month 2023, approved and supported by the Party Committee of Petrovietnam Gas Joint Stock Corporation, PV GAS Youth Union has just organized the joint agreement signing ceremony with Nha Be District counterpart.

Ca Mau Gas-Power-Fertilizer Complex, which is one of the country’s important industrial parks, is located at Khanh An commune in Ca Mau Province’s U Minh district. Here, Power, Fertilizer and Gas Processing Plants receive gas from PM-3 Commercial Arrangement Area (CAA) block in the overlapping zone between Malaysia and Vietnam to produce electricity, nitrogen and liquid products from gas such as LPG and condensate.

Fitch Ratings - one of the leading three credit rating providers in the world- on March 2 announced the first international credit rating for Petrovietnam Gas Joint Stock Corporation (PV GAS, stock code : GAS) at 'BB' with a Positive outlook, on a par with the issuer default rating of its parent company, Vietnam Oil and Gas Group and Vietnam's credit rating.

As a part of the international business expansion and research plan of Petrovietnam Gas Joint Stock Corporation (PV GAS), from February 28 to March 5, the go-to-market delegation of PV GAS includes: representatives of the Corporation's Source and Market Development Division, Petrovietnam Gas Trading Company (PV GAS Trading) and Vietnam LPG Trading Joint Stock Company (PV GAS LPG) made a trip to survey, research, and develop the LPG trading market in Laos.

The Trade Union of Petrovietnam Gas Joint Stock Corporation (PV GAS) has coordinated to hold the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction on a bridge crossing Lung Say canal at Tan Hiep Loi hamlet, Tan Duc commune, Dam Doi district, Ca Mau Province. This is a part of the programs to welcome the all-level Trade Union Congresses toward the 4th Congress of PV GAS Trade Union.

In the beginning of March 2023, PVCoating started executing the pipeline coating package for the RC8-RC9 Intra-field Development Project of the Russia-Vietnam Joint Venture-Vietsovpetro (VSP).

To boost exchanges, shares and learning among units in the oil and gas industry, Petrovietnam Gas Joint Stock Corporation (PV GAS) and Binh Son Refinery and Petrochemical Joint Stock Company (BSR) held a workshop to "share experiences in digital transformation - ERP, human resource development and training, operation, maintenance and repair of the oil and gas work".

Following the direction of the Vietnam Oil and Gas Group’s Trade Union and practically welcoming the all-level trade union congresses in the 2023 – 2028 tenure, the Petrovietnam Gas Joint Stock Corporation’s Trade Union instructs its affiliated grassroots trade unions to strengthen the Program of "1 million of initiatives - efforts to overcome difficulties, be creative, and determined to win the Covid-19 pandemic"("1 million of initiatives" Program) organized by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.
