Party committee of PV GAS Executive Office for 2025 - 2030 term: to play key role in PV GAS Party Committee

Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Board of Directors of PV GAS, delivered a directive speech.
In evaluating the implementation of the Resolution of the Party Committee Congress for the 2020 - 2025 term, the Political Report presented to the Congress affirmed: Over the past five years, the domestic, regional, and international situation presented both opportunities and challenges. However, with a high sense of political responsibility, the Party Committee of the Executive Office effectively fulfilled its role as the political core, leading the comprehensive deployment of all tasks and achieving significant results across all fields. These efforts brought increasing benefits to cadres, party members, and employees, contributing to the successful implementation of the Resolution of the 10th Congress of the Party Committee of the Corporation. The Party Committee demonstrated its pioneering role in implementing the directives of the Corporation’s Party Committee regarding restructuring and streamlining the organizational apparatus for efficiency. Training, capacity building, and improving human resource quality, as well as activities related to social welfare, security, safety, health, and the environment, received appropriate attention and yielded positive results. Party building and political system development were consistently prioritized. The Party Committee strictly adhered to and implemented resolutions, conclusions, directives, and plans from the Central Committee and higher-level party committees on Party building and rectification, promoting the study and emulation of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style, and enhancing the quality of party organizations and members. Initial results were significant, contributing to building a strong, transparent, and comprehensive Party Committee that fulfilled its political tasks with high-quality activities, unity, and discipline. The exemplary responsibility of party members, especially those in leadership and management positions, was well executed. Political and ideological work, party organization building, inspection, and supervision saw positive changes. Socio-political organizations were strengthened and played their roles effectively.

In his directive speech, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh, Party Secretary of PV GAS, acknowledged and highly appreciated the leadership and preparations of the Executive Office’s Party Committee for organizing a solemn, serious, and principled Congress in accordance with the Party Charter, the Politburo’s guidelines, and the directives of the Corporation’s Party Committee. He emphasized: The Political Report presented to the Congress reflected the spirit of innovation, creativity, intelligence, democracy, and unity; objectively and honestly assessed the results of implementing the Resolution of the 4th Congress of the Party Committee; provided accurate forecasts of the situation; and set out goals, targets, tasks, and solutions for the 2025 - 2030 term to meet the requirements of building and developing the Party Committee of the Executive Office in the new period. The Review Report of the Party Committee for the 2020 - 2025 term demonstrated the candid and constructive spirit of the Party Committee. He expressed confidence that the new-term Party Committee would continue to inherit and promote the strengths of the previous term while effectively addressing its limitations to lead the Party Committee of the Executive Office toward breakthrough development and greater achievements.
The spirit of "One team, one goal" of PV GAS senior
With a spirit of democracy and high consensus, the Congress elected the Executive Committee of the Party Committee of the Executive Office for the 2025 - 2030 term, consisting of 06 members (with one additional member to be added during the term). At the first session, the Executive Committee elected Mr. Trieu Quoc Tuan to continue serving as Party Secretary; Mr. Huynh Quang Hai, member of the Executive Committee and Deputy General Director of the Corporation, was elected Deputy Party Secretary of the Executive Office for the 2025 - 2030 term. The Inspection Committee of the Party Committee was also elected, comprising 03 members, with Mr. Huynh Quang Hai, Deputy Party Secretary of the Executive Office, elected as Chairman of the Inspection Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term.

The Congress also elected a delegation of 38 official delegates and 03 alternate delegates to attend the Congress of the Corporation’s Party Committee.
After a day of urgent, serious, and highly responsible work, the Congress of the Party Committee of the Executive Office concluded successfully. The Congress called on all party members, cadres, and employees to proactively and creatively fulfill their responsibilities, strengthen unity, and promote emulation movements to successfully achieve the goals and tasks set forth in the Congress Resolution. The resolution of the Party Congress at all levels must be brought to life, contributing to building an ever-stronger Party Committee and PV GAS.
