PV GAS to overachievement of 2025 targets
In face of ongoing volatility in the energy market and increasing pressure to meet business targets in the final months of the year, Petrovietnam Gas Joint Stock Corporation (PV GAS) has issued a Directive on “Promoting business operations and accelerating progress, to complete and even surpass all targets for 2025.”

During the first nine months of 2025, PV GAS succeeded in sustaining its business activities under challenging conditions. The energy market was unfavourable with competition intensified, and growth potential in traditional core sectors approached saturation. Nevertheless, the corporation achieved several results through proactive and creative efforts. To exceed its management targets and successfully reach the finish line, PV GAS has identified the need to focus intensively on key tasks and take more decisive action in management and operations, including:
The corporation outlines several priority directions. It will actively study and pursue potential investment opportunities while expanding new business areas, products, and services. It will prepare the necessary resources to effectively implement major projects, while optimising costs across all operations.
PV GAS will strengthen the application of science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation throughout the organisation. A key milestone is the successful “go live” of the integrated ERP system, which is now in operation and delivering efficiency across departments.
The corporation will also focus on completing its organisational restructuring toward a leaner and more efficient model. This includes improving governance practices in line with the evolving business context, with a goal of enhancing labour productivity, improving living standards, and increasing income and morale for all employees.
