Vietnam Oil and Gas Group and Petrovietnam Gas Joint Stock Corporation (PV Gas) on August 5 successfully coordinated to organize the Gas Market Development Conference.

To celebrate the 32nd anniversary of the Petrovietnam Gas Joint Stock Corporation (PV GAS)’s establishment (September 20, 1990 - September 20, 2022), and to continue responding to the Oil and Gas Culture Week in a practical and effective manner, PV GAS Trade Union and Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union launched an emulation movement for the safe, efficient and timely maintenance while stopping gas supply at Cuu Long, NCS2, PM3 Ca Mau gas systems in 2022.

To celebrate the 32nd anniversary of Petrovietnam Gas Joint Stock Corporation (PV GAS)’s the establishment (September 20, 1990 - September 20, 2022), PV GAS Trade Union organized an online "Learning PV GAS culture" contest.

Starting from August 9, PV GAS organized a batch auction to transfer all its equity in PV Pipe through Petro Vietnam Securities Joint Stock Company (PSI) with the information (auction regulations, documents on PV Pipe) published on the websites of PV GAS, PV Pipe and PSI.

In response to the 13th Petroleum Cultural Week - 2022, the Blood Donation Day with the message of "From heart to heart" was a noble action organized by the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Petrovietnam Gas Joint Stock Corporation (PV Gas) on the morning of August 5 at PV GAS Tower. The Day got 101 blood units from volunteers.

Forbes Vietnam Magazine in collaboration with partners on the afternoon of August 4 held a ceremony to honor the 50 best listed companies in 2022 in Ho Chi Minh City. Accordingly, Petrovietnam Gas Joint Stock Corporation (PV Gas) was honored in the list of top 9 companies, "Top 50 best listed companies in Vietnam in 2022" in 10 consecutive years and Top 5 companies with the best revenues and profits.

Petrovietnam Gas Joint Stock Corporation (PV Gas) and its partner EY on August 3 kicked off "Digital Transformation Strategy Consulting" and "ERP Software Implementation Consulting" projects.

As of part in the 2022 Work Program, Petrovietnam Gas Joint Stock Corporation’s Party Executive Committee (PV GAS Party Committee) on August 31 organized its 13th Conference in the 2020 - 2025 tenure to evaluate the results of its leadership in performing production and business tasks, the development of the Party and political system in the first 8 months of the year, to carry out plans and tasks in this year’s remaining 4 months; to thoroughly grasp the Regulation No. 69-QD/TW, dated July 6, 2022 of the Politburo on discipline party organizations and party members which violate, Plan No. 52-KH/UBKTTW dated June 30, 2022 of the Party Central Committee's Economic Commission on the implementation of Conclusion No. 34-KL/TW, dated April 18, 2022 of the Politburo on the Party's inspection and supervision strategy until 2030 and some other important contents.

Petrovietnam LPG Joint Stock Company’s the southern arm on July 8 organized a launching ceremony of Ba Ria-Vung Tau LPG filling station at Block B in An Ngai Industrial Cluster, An Ngai Commune of Long Dien District, the Ba Ria-Vung Tau Province.

During the visit to Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province, a delegation from Vietnam Oil and Gas Group (Petrovietnam) led by Deputy CEO Le Xuan Huyen visited Petrovietnam Gas Joint Stock Corporation (PV GAS) for working on the latter’s production and business performance in the first half of 2022 and relevant issues.

Responding to the Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign 2022 and as part of PV GAS Social Welfare Program, the Petrovietnam Gas Joint Stock Corporation (PV GAS) ‘s Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and its Executive Officer’s Trade Union on July 2 and 3 co-operated with the Ho Chi Minh University Medical Centre to carry out a free medical checkup and gift program for poor people in Kien Giang and An Giang provinces.

Practically responding to Workers' Month – the action month on occupational safety and health in 2022 launched by the Vietnam Oil and Gas Group and the Union to evaluate the management of security, safety - health - environment in 2021 as well as the first quarter of 2022 and to set the implementation direction in 2022, Petrovietnam Gas Joint Stock Corporation (PV GAS) organized the Safety - Health - Environment (SHE) Conference on May 21.
