PV GAS Youth Union organizes "Spring Bowling Tournament 2022"
Celebrating Youth Month 2022 - the 91st Anniversary of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (March 26, 1931 - March 26, 2022); to develop and spread PV GAS corporate culture values with the core values of "Professionalism - Safety - Cooperation - Innovation - Efficiency" in collective activities; the Youth Union at Petrovietnam Gas Joint Stock Corporation (PV GAS) has assigned PV GAS LNG to organize a "Spring Bowling Tournament 2022".
The tournament aimed to encourage employees to regularly play sports for improving health, creating an exciting competitive atmosphere, contributing to raising business and production efficiency as well as the cultural and spiritual life of employees; at the same time, promoting solidarity, exchanging and cooperating members of the grassroots-leveled unions under the Corporation with together.
It was held in the bowling area of SC Vivo City in Ho Chi Minh City’s District 7. Each union registered a team including four athletes to participate. With a playful form, promoting teamwork and encouraging youth exchanges, the tournament got enthusiastic participation from youth union members at PV GAS units such as: Vietnam LPG Trading Joint Stock Company, Petrovietnam Gas Trading Company, Gas Project Management Company, Petrovietnam Low Pressure Gas Distribution Joint Stock Company, the Youth Union at the PV GAS Executive Office, the union’s Executive Committee, PV GAS LNG and the two guests who are the representative of BIDV North Saigon Branch, and the Vietcombank Ky Dong Branch’s Youth Unions.
Over the contest’s rounds, the PV GAS Executive Office’s Youth Union won the Championship with the cash of VND3million after defeating the Gas Project Management Company’s team in the exciting and dramatic final round. The Gas Project Management Company won the second prize with the cash of VND2 million and the third ones with the cash of VND1.5 million each for PV GAS LNG and Vietcombank Ky Dong Branch’s Youth Union. Moreover, VND 1.5 million were presented each to consolation prizes. In addition, the organizers also awarded VND1 million to two individual prizes (in Individual and Movement Categories) each.
"Spring Bowling Contest 2022" was the launching activity for PV GAS Youth Action March, including activities, emulation programs, social welfare, and youth engagement... in line with real conditions and economical organization to make a new mark for Youth Month 2022.
