Over 25 years of development, Party members, and employees of PV GAS Nam Con Son Pipeline Company (PV GAS NCSP) have united to overcome challenges. Throughout this journey, the PV GAS NCSP Party Cell has served as the political core, leading comprehensive efforts to build a respected gas brand.
A Strong Party Organization Leading to Success
The 2020–2025 term showcased the PV GAS NCSP Party Cell’s leadership in fulfilling assigned tasks, ensuring absolute safety and efficient operation of the Nam Con Son gas system amid global challenges like the COVID-19 pandemic, natural gas field decline, energy price fluctuations, and industry restructuring. These achievements highlight the company’s resilience, ingenuity, and unity.
A strong Party organization and dedicated workforce
Guided by the Party’s policies, Petrovietnam, and PV GAS, the Party Cell interpreted directives into actionable programs, mobilizing collective wisdom to excel in political missions. Proactive resolutions and close oversight helped the unit navigate challenges, maintaining stability and growth.
Safety and efficiency in gas pipeline operations were prioritized as the core political task. Under the Party Cell’s leadership, PV GAS NCSP achieved 100% safe operation of pipelines, receiving stations, and gas processing plants, ensuring uninterrupted supply for power plants, fertilizer facilities, and consumers. Production and business targets were consistently met or exceeded, bolstering national energy security. These results reflect the Party Cell’s efforts to optimize operations, ensure quality, and enhance safety measures.
Financially, PV GAS NCSP delivered impressive results, saving 3%–6% annually against budgets and contributing 1,157.20 billion VND to the state budget, surpassing targets by 102%.
Promoting Corporate Culture and Social Responsibility
Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) are not just operational requirements but core values ingrained in every employee’s actions and decisions. Under the Party Cell’s leadership, the company maintained a record of zero lost-time accidents, environmental incidents, or major equipment failures in 2020–2025. Safety innovations were encouraged, recognized, and rewarded, making safety a daily reality.
PV GAS NCSP fosters a culture of safety and corporate values
The Party Cell also spearheaded vibrant union activities, competitions, and youth initiatives. Seventeen technical innovations were implemented, many praised by PV GAS and Petrovietnam, generating billions in savings and improving productivity.
Employee welfare and a democratic, humane work environment were prioritized. The Party Cell championed PV GAS NCSP’s core values: Nurturing People, Professionalism, Integrity, Results-Driven, and Unity.
Demonstrating commitment to community development, PV GAS NCSP allocated nearly 12 billion VND (2020–2024) for social welfare projects, including 8 billion VND in 2020 for education and healthcare in Ba Ria-Vung Tau, earning local acclaim.

With outstanding achievements in 2020–2025, the PV GAS NCSP Party Cell affirmed its pivotal role in political leadership, business growth, and team building. The 2025–2030 Party Congress marks a critical milestone to reflect on lessons learned and chart new goals. Under the Party Cell’s leadership, PV GAS NCSP will continue innovating and scaling new heights, contributing to PV GAS and Vietnam’s sustainable gas industry strategy.
