Recently, in Vung Tau City, the Party Committee of PV GAS South East Transmission Company (PV GAS SE) held its 6th Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term.

The Political Report presented at the Congress objectively and comprehensively evaluated the achievements of the previous term, highlighting progress in two key areas: Party building and political tasks.
In Party building, the Company’s Party Committee upheld the principles of democratic centralism, promoted self-criticism and constructive criticism, and strengthened its role as the political core of the enterprise. Political and ideological education was rigorously implemented, fostering political resilience, responsibility, and revolutionary ethics among cadres and Party members. Subordinate Party cells improved their operational quality, and the development of new Party members was carefully managed to ensure standards and alignment with cadre planning. Inspection, supervision, and disciplinary enforcement were conducted comprehensively, maintaining discipline and enhancing the leadership and combat strength of the entire Party Committee.
In political tasks, the Party Committee led the Company to fulfill key performance indicators. Gas systems operated safely, continuously, and efficiently, with no serious labor accidents recorded. The Company ensured the smooth reception and consumption of onshore gas, effectively managed gas purchase contracts and operational services, and promptly addressed emerging issues. Innovation and technical improvement initiatives flourished, with notable projects optimizing pipeline operations and maintenance solutions without disrupting gas supply. Social welfare programs and employee well-being initiatives were also strengthened, reflecting the Company’s pioneering role and social responsibility.
The Congress unanimously adopted the action motto for the 2025-2030 term: "Unity - Innovation - Breakthrough - Development". With this spirit, the Party Committee set goals to enhance leadership capacity, strengthen the Party’s combat strength, and build a team of cadres and Party members with firm political resolve, professional expertise, and exemplary ethics. The Company will comprehensively reform its governance model, accelerate digital transformation, modernize operations, and pursue sustainable development.
The Congress elected the Party Committee Executive Board for the 2025-2030 term, comprising qualified, capable, and reputable members to lead the implementation of the Congress Resolution. The elected representatives embody the collective will and aspirations of the PV GAS SE Party Committee and will contribute to the success of the parent company’s Party Committee in the new phase.

In his directive speech, Mr. Trieu Quoc Tuan - Member of the Party Committee Standing Board and PV GAS Board of Directors - acknowledged and praised the outstanding achievements of the PV GAS SE Party Committee. He emphasized the significant demands of the new term as PV GAS transforms toward integrated, multi-product development and strengthens Vietnam’s gas-energy ecosystem. The Party Committee must enhance governance capacity, adapt flexibly to industry changes, streamline organizational models, focus on developing young Party members, promote digital transformation and technical services, and maintain its political core role in leading production and business tasks. This will solidify PV GAS SE’s pioneering position in the Southeast region’s gas transportation system.
At the Congress, two PV GAS SE Party members were honored to receive the 30-Year Party Membership Badge in September 2025. This prestigious recognition reflects their relentless efforts and enduring contributions to the Party.
