PVN's CEO Do Van Hau visited and worked with PV Gas

Dr. Do Van Hau, CEO of Vietnam Oil and Gas Group (PVN) has led the task force including PVN's leaders to visit and work with representatives of 6 member companies (including PV Gas) in Vung Tau and HCMC.

It was one of the direct work sessions at the grassroots level to review fulfilled tasks in the first 6 months of the year, speed up the completion progress of the business plan for the second half of 2012 of entire PVN as well as its member companies.                         
At the meeting with PetroVietnam Gas Joint Stock Corporation (PV Gas), PVN's task force has listened to PV Gas report on implementation of its business plan for the first half of 2012, orientation on tasks requiring much attention, especially with focus on direction, management in the coming time. PV Gas has also proposed some opinions to coordinate implementation with other enterprises in the industry, under the close direction and management of PVN.                       
Addressing to conclude the meeting, CEO Do Van Hau has praised efforts of PV Gas to maintain the leading position in the gas industry, fulfill and exceed almost all targets set for the first half of 2012. The CEO also requested PV Gas to overcome obstacles to strengthen gas gathering projects and gas import, maintain and develop supply sources to contribute to ensuring the national energy security.
 On behalf of PV Gas, Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Lan and General Director Do Khang Ninh have welcomed directives of the PVN CEO and undertaken to fulfill the assigned business plans.
