PV GAS Signs MoU with EVN

Recently in Hanoi, there was a memorandum of understanding (MoU) signing ceremony between PV GAS and EVN regarding the cooperation between the two in the distribution of LNG from Vung Ang LNG terminal to Quang Trach II LNG power plant.

Dr. Pham Van Phong – PV GAS President & CEO and Mr Ngo Son Hai – EVN Vice President signed the MoU

The MoU illustrated the cooperation between the two Corporations to conduct research on the long-term and sustainable distribution of regas LNG from Vung Ang LNG terminal to Quang Trach II LNG power plant, aligning with the PDP8 as well as helping to strengthen the relationship of Petrovietnam/PV GAS and EVN.

The MoU ceremony was attended by Petrovietnam, EVN and PV GAS’ leaders

Following the MoU signing, both parties are now in the process of execution with supportive policies, aiming at nurturing a solid cooperative relationship for long-term benefits. PV GAS and EVN are to establish a team that will act as a focal point taking charge of the upcoming phases and steps, alongside reporting and proposing recommendations to the authorized personnel for review and decision-making.
