PV GAS Operational Divisions’ Trade Union organizes "Journey to a healthy life" talk show
To carry out a program to support and take care of employees' health in the "new normal" working conditions, PV GAS Operational Divisions’ Trade Union held an online talk show saying about "Dreams, reality and healthy living strategies” on the evening of November 2 with the participation of its all employees and their families.
In a living condition often threatened by the pandemic, which is still silently creeping in, HCM City and many provinces in the country have gradually resumed social and economic services to adapt to the new normal. To assist employees to gradually get acquainted with their new normal life well, PV GAS Operational Divisions’ Trade Union organized a talk show between nutritionists and staff.
The “Journey to a healthy life" talk show entitled " Dreams, reality and healthy living strategies" lasted 120 minutes with the participation of nutritionist Tran Lan Huong.
Ms. Lan Huong used to be Investment Director of Small Enterprise Assistance Funds and Economic Specialist at the US Consulate General in Ho Chi Minh City; Graduating with a Master of science degree in Health Coaching with a major in Applied Nutrition at International Health Coach University and Institute for Integrative Nutrition (USA). She is the first Vietnamese to become a Nutrition and Healthy Living Coach certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners and Metabolic Balance Institute in Germany. She has trained more than 30,000 students in Vietnam and companies.
The talkshow of " Dreams, reality and healthy living strategies" said about: How the world is changing; Stress affecting physical/mental health; Waking the inner “doctor”; An unexpected "killer" in the kitchen; Your dreamy life and your compass waking up your “companion”… Especially, in the talk show, a lot of time was spent for the speaker to share her knowldege. Practical conclusions were drawn. Participants also interacted directly together.
With the desire to bring a new way to look, think and act to make life better in the new normal, PV GAS Operational Divisions’ Trade Union sent the message of "With the attention to nourishing the body and living with positive values, we will create a better life for ourselves and a better world for future generations”.
