PV GAS COATING Exceeds H1 2025 Targets
From the beginning of 2025, PV GAS COATING clearly defined its key objectives: ensuring safe, on-schedule, and high-quality execution of major projects while focusing on management efficiency to enhance the value of each contract.
A highlight of this period was the completion of anti-corrosion and concrete weight coating for pipeline systems with diameters ranging from 8 to 28 inches, spanning approximately 54 km, equivalent to around 4,500 pipe sections, along with 70 pipe bends treated with advanced coatings for the Pipeline Lot B – Infield Route. Additionally, the company applied FBE, 3LPE, 3LPP, and Neoprene/EPDM coatings to 1.3 km of riser pipes (8 to 28 inches in diameter)for the investor Phu Quoc POC. Currently, the company is coordinating with relevant units to hand over the finished pipes to the EPC Contractor/Investor at PTSC Phu My Port.

Furthermore, the company completed anti-corrosion and concrete weight coating for gas pipelines with diameters of 18, 28, and 30 inches, achieving 42/101.7 km (41%) under the Lot B Onshore Pipeline contract. It also finished coating 23.6 km of FBE, 3LPE, PUF, SPU, and concrete weight coating for pipes (4, 6, and 8 inches) under the Lac Da Vang Pipeline contract, as well as 0.6 km of FBE, 3LPE, PUF, SPU, and Neoprene for the Lac Da Vang Riser contract. In July 2025, the company will hand over the finished pipes to the EPC Contractor and Project Investor.
PV GAS COATING also completed Contract Package 4.9 – TP3 Project, part of the Long Thanh International Airport Phase 1 Construction Investment Project. This included 3LPE anti-corrosion coating for pipes and fittings, as well as internal anti-corrosion coating for fuel pipelines with diameters ranging from 6 to 22 inches, totaling approximately 27 km (2,250 pipes) and 1,345 fittings. This marked the first time the company executed high-technical-demand internal pipe and fitting coating, earning high praise from the EPC Contractor/Investor for product quality. The handover was completed in mid-June 2025.

In the first half of 2025, the pipe coating plant maintained a bustling, efficient, and cost-optimized production chain. All processes strictly adhered to quality control and safety standards. Timely contract completion and product delivery were critical achievements. Investors, EPC Contractors, and subcontractors played proactive roles in overall coordination, ensuring seamless project execution.
With these positive results, the company surpassed its financial targets in terms of output value, revenue, profit, and contributions to the state budget contributions in the first half of 2025, particularly surpassing PV GAS' management plan.

In the second half of 2025, the company aims to complete the Lot B Onshore Pipeline contract for EPC Contractor PTSC and the Thien Nga – Hai Au Pipeline Project for investor Vietsovpetro, among others. Each contract presents challenges but also opportunities for PV GAS COATING to demonstrate its pioneering spirit and elevate its brand in Vietnam and the region's oilfield services sector.
