Practical "Leadership Development Program" training course at Dinh Co GPP
The delegation of leaders attending the "LDP Management Capacity Enhancement Training Course" of Petrovietnam Gas Joint Stock Corporation visited the Dinh Co Gas Processing Plant (GPP) managed and operated by Petrovietnam Gas Vungtau Processing Company.
The "Leadership Capacity Programme" training course was organized by Vietnam Oil and Gas Group at Petroleum Vocational College, with the aim of building a professional leadership and management team who has sufficient theoretical and practical capacity in line with the Group's development strategy amid the new context. Meeting and working with the delegation, Petrovietnam Gas Vungtau Processing Company had Deputy Director Bui Tien Dung, and the Board of Managers at Dinh Co GPP.
At the meeting, representatives of Petrovietnam Gas Vungtau Processing Company introduced to the delegation the process of establishment, construction and development of the Factory, organizational chart, management system as well as safety and corporate culture which has been deployed at there. The delegation’s members also asked many questions, and discussed issues of production operation, gas processing technology, and solutions to cope with the current energy transition trend for the gas industry with Petrovietnam Gas Vungtau Processing Company’s representatives.
Before the end of the meeting, the delegation visited Dinh Co GPP to see its equipment system. All the members expressed their impression on the large-scale work, which has had a long history of establishment and development with Vietnam's gas industry, and highly valued the operation, maintenance, and management at Dinh Co GPP.
