In a debate session as part of the event, two teams of five members each from across PV GAS units conducted arguments about the Corporation’s energy transition strategy. Young participants analyzed necessary steps while carefully considering potential risks in policy, technology, and markets. Their multifaceted perspectives not only impressed but also provided valuable insights for PV GAS leaders in governance and strategic planning.

The "Gas Tank" segment, themed "Strong ideas, bold actions," became a stage for young members to pitch promising business and investment proposals to PV GAS executives acting as “sharks”.

Dr. Pham Van Phong, PV GAS President & CEO, praised the quality of the ideas and emphasized their potential. He provided candid feedback on feasibility, technology, market viability, and ROI, encouraging participants to refine their concepts with leadership support to turn them into reality.

During the dialogue session, young union members demonstrated deep interest in PV GAS' development strategy, restructuring plans, and their role in shaping the Corporation’s future. They discussed how the younger generation could successfully inherit and advance PV GAS' legacy while ensuring sustainable growth.
PV GAS President & CEO Pham Van Phong personally responded to each question, outlining the Corporation's strategic vision for 2030, 2035, and 2050. He emphasized that PV GAS' 35-year journey had been built on intergenerational unity and continuous effort. He highlighted that today's youth would now lead PV GAS into its next phase of development.
To guide them on this path, President & CEO Phong shared two key principles: First, the importance of self-development, stressing that competence must be earned, not given. Second, the value of self-awareness, encouraging young employees to cultivate their uniqueness to leave a lasting impact. He also shared insights on personal and corporate management, urging continuous learning, practical experience, and a disciplined work ethic. Most importantly, he emphasized the need for passion, the driving force behind meaningful success.
