PV GAS DISTR hold 2nd extraordinary general meeting in 2024

Petrovietnam Low Pressure Gas Distribution JSC (PV GAS DISTR) held a second extraordinary general meeting on 21 October 2024 in Ho Chi Minh City.

PV GAS DISTR shareholders voted to relieve certain members of the Board of Directors (BOD) and the Supervisory Board (SB) from their positions due to the end of their terms and personal reasons. They also elected new members to the BOD, including Mr. Do Pham Hong Minh and Ms. Nguyen Thuc Quyen, as well as new SB members Mr. Nguyen Tien Hai and Mr. Tran Huynh Thanh Tu.

Immediately following the meeting, the BOD and SB finalized key positions. Mr. Do Pham Hong Minh was appointed as a BOD member and Company General Manager, and Mr. Nguyen Tien Hai was designated to be the Head of the Supervisory Board.

On behalf of the parent company as PV GAS DISTR’s major shareholder, PV GAS CEO & President Dr. Pham Van Phong expressed appreciation for the contributions of outgoing board members and congratulated the newly elected BOD and SB members and was confident that the leadership team would continue to navigate PV GAS DISTR toward sustainable growth and bring maximum value to its shareholders.
