Maintenance and repair services for gas facility equipments are one of the important tasks undertaken by PV Gas for the benefit of the gas industry, the state budget savings and for preserving and promoting the efficiency of the gas works in the whole country.

Services:

• Survey, maintenance, repair, conversion and upgrade of gas systems and equipments for gas transportation and distribution system, gas processing plants and storages at gas facilities.

• Providing technical services on survey, maintenance and conversion and upgrade of technology equipments, control measurement and power supply systems…for the petrochemical and gas processing plants, storage parks and industrial plants to consume gas.

• Survey, inspection of pressurized equipments, tanks, heat exchangers; gas pipelines.
•  
• Calibration, testing and installation of metering systems and technology measuring equipments.
•  
• Designing, processing and installation of tanks, technology pipelines and  mechanical structures.
•  
• Workshops and specialized maintenance equipments rental and service provision.
•  
• Providing equipments, chemical spare parts, fuel for the oil and gas industry and other industries…

Results of implementation of some key projects in the past few years:

• Achievements for maintenance and repair (overhaul) for Dinh Co Gas Processing Plant (GPP) in 2005, 2009 and 2010; Thi Vai Terminal (KCTV) in 2004 and 2009; Phu My Gas Distribution Station 2011;

• Completion of maintenance and repair in gas interruption stages at Dinh Co Gas Processing Plant and in Thi Vai Terminal;

• Completion of pre-commissioning and commissioning works: Ca Mau Gas Distribution Center in 2007; Su Tu Vang – Rang Dong – Bach Ho pipeline in 2008; Hiep Phuoc Power Plant, Nhon Trach Power Plant No.1 in 2009; Dung Quat LPG storage in 2010; Nhon Trach – Hiep Phuoc Heater, Te Giac Trang – Bach Ho gas pipeline, installation of Tie - in for Dinh Co Gas Processing Plant wet gas supply pipeline from Nam Con Son, gas pipeline for Ca Mau Fertilizer Plant in 2011;

• Installation of in-out tracking system for Hai Phong LPG storage in 2008; Installation of power - control system for Phu My – Ho Chi Minh City gas pipeline project in 2009;

• Settlement and solving 2 cases of subsea valve skid gas leakage at Su Tu Vang – Rang Dong gas compression platform and incidents at the Long Hai landfall line block valve station of Nam Con Son Gas Pipeline Company in 2010;

• Installation of the SCADA system for PV gas Tower Building and repairing the Bach Ho – Long Hai marine pipeline in 2011.
